Where should the ladies go for an all inclusive, relaxing, cheap, beach vacation?

We are turning 30 and we need a luxury resort that you can leave to explore and still be safe. We’re on a budget of about $1000 each and we’re looking for 5-8 day trip. What we’re avoiding…… anything like a cruise ships on land and anything like a spring break cancun. Options we are considering…jamaica and cabo.
Any recomendations?

I highly recommend Barbados!

OH man Jamaica is the best. Go there the beaches are so beautiful. Be careful though the Jamaicans can be nasty!

Why can’t you go to Cancun, and NOT make it like spring break? Just go at a different time and it becomes a totally different experience.

What about the Dominican Republic? I went there in May and it was fairly cheap. Try to pick something all inclusive since that’ll save you a lot of money
